Rhinoceros Le Restau & RoofBar

The service alone is with coming to this place! As well as the chic outdoor decor on the rooftop. This is definitely a special occasion place. The atmosphere and service are both excellent. The food was good, although there were several things with veggies that were not in season which is rare in Italy. I do wish I’d gotten a photo of the Parmesan donut? It was so good and not at all what I expected! The wine list will make *sure* you pay for that view so be ready to spend no less than €75 for any bottle - at least that’s how much the Calafuria (a delicious rosato that I’ve never paid more than €50 for at a restaurant - and regularly see it for €25). We went with a Franciacorta rosato since we were celebrating and it *was* superb. All that being said, I would 100% go back again (and again!).

During our visit to Rome, my sister and I had the pleasure of spending a few days at the Rhinoceros hotel. One evening, we decided to unwind at the bar, where we were fortunate to receive exceptional service from Mauricio and "B". Their attentiveness and expertise in mixology left us truly impressed. Mauricio, in particular, went above and beyond by concocting personalized beverages tailored to our individual personalities. The result was nothing short of extraordinary—each sip was a delightful blend of flavors that awakened our taste buds. The drinks served by Mauricio and "B" were an absolute delight. If you find yourself in Rome, I strongly urge you to make a point of visiting this bar. The experience we had was truly memorable, thanks to the remarkable care and attention provided by Mauricio and "B". Cheers to an unforgettable time at the Rhinoceros hotel bar!

Great hotel, impeccable service but please BEWARE and stay away from the price gauging rooftop restaurant (Le Restau de La Galerie.) We were charged 25$ Euros for one, I repeat (ONE) small bottle (330 ml) of Coca Cola. The exact same bottle a few feet down the street goes for 2$ euros. When making the complaint to management I was told that the hotel and the restaurant are operated by two different entities. The price gauging for such a universal product was so unnecessary that it put a damper on our experience and cheapened the overall stay that we had at the Rhinoceros hotel Roma.

Beautiful location, but Rome is full of those. Service is very pleasant, sure. But 22€ each for a basic Aperol Spritz or "Guest Bartender Negroni" (which tasted exactly like every other mediocre "craft" negroni I've ever had, it's a simple drink) is absolute robbery. I think I'd feel better about losing 22€ to a pickpocket. Skip it. You can find better drinks and similar views elsewhere. Sorry, this one just doesn't stack up.
